Absolutely, we're here to assist you every step of the way, including navigating the process of prior authorizations for medications, which includes GLP-1’s. Our team understands the complexities of insurance procedures, and we're committed to ensuring that you have access to the medications prescribed by your healthcare provider. Your health and well-being are our top priorities, and we're dedicated to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.
You may visit the nearest Quest laboratory for your lab testing. If you have already completed the necessary lab tests within the past twelve months you may upload your previous lab results into your portal or submit it to: support@joinfridays.com where someone from our team will upload it to your chart for your provider to review before your initial visit. If you don't live near a Quest lab, our providers can order a general lab requisition form but we recommend completing this at your PCP's office as it can otherwise be pricey!
Yes. Rest assured that our services strictly adhere to HIPAA-compliance standards and privacy guidelines. We employ state-of-the-art technology to maintain the utmost security and confidentiality of your personal information. Your privacy is our priority, and we take every measure to ensure the protection of your sensitive data.
If you visit a Quest Diagnostics location, the cost of lab tests is fully covered as part of your monthly subscription, with no additional fees. However, you may decide to get your labs completed elsewhere. The cost of labs may also vary if you are using insurance or paying out-of-pocket. To determine whether lab testing is covered by your insurance plan, we recommend reaching out to your insurance carrier directly.
You can cancel your Fridays Subscription at any time by emailing support@joinfridays.com or using the cancellation option in your online account.
Timing matters. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we need your cancellation request at least 72 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If we receive it inside that window, your subscription will renew, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that next cycle. You'll keep access to Subscription Services through the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- Medical disqualification before services begin. If a licensed provider determines you're not eligible for treatment before services begin, you'll receive a full refund for that billing cycle. Note: services begin when your medical intake is submitted for provider review.
- Verified billing errors, such as duplicate charges.
- Refunds required by applicable law.
- Switching to another Fridays program — the unused portion of your current subscription may be applied as a credit toward the new program.
All other fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel mid-cycle, decide not to continue treatment, or do not achieve your desired results.
Prescription medications: Once dispensed or shipped, medications cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law. If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@joinfridays.com within 24 hours of receipt and we'll coordinate a replacement.
Missed appointments: Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee, separate from your Subscription Fee.
